The credit union’s online banking product that allows members to perform all of the functions described above utilizing Teller-Mate and more with a click of your computer’s mouse. In addition to the above functions, Netbranch will allow members to set-up e-statements to receive their monthly and quarterly statements, receive e-notifications for 1099-INT notices and other credit union correspondence. We are in the beginning stages of exploring the increasingly expanding capability of Netbranch. For your added security protection, Netbranch offers encrypted passwords and Multifactor Authentication (MFA). MFA is a new security system that adds an extra layer of protection to your online Home Banking account by letting you know you’re at our legitimate home banking site, and letting us know it’s you accessing your account.
Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
Surcharge Free ATM transactions are available through most COOP, and STAR SF branded terminals. And please be reminded that, all transactions conducted at a BCFCU ATM terminal is always surcharge free to members who use our ATM or VISA check cards. Other Electronic Services-BCFCU participates in the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network which functions as a national clearing house for the transfer of funds electronically. BCFCU acts an originator as well as receiver of ACH funds. Electronic funds that are navigated through the ACH system include direct deposits from government and private sources, bill payment transfers, check conversions, etc. BCFCU also processes wire transfers, both incoming and outgoing with the current cut-off time being (3) PM for same day credit.
